F&F Active Wear

In the lead up to Christmas last year I teamed up with F&F to help solve your #PartySOS style dilemmas.  The response from you was so great and you all loved the pieces the F&F had to offer that when I heard about their new activewear range I knew I had to blog about it – especially seeing as I wear activewear all the time.  They have such a wide range of different pieces on the site (click here to have a look) and the value for money is so good you can get a few different workout outfits for a really reasonable price.  They have a mixture of patterned and plain pieces and crop tops and jackets depending on where you’re working out, no one wants to go for a jog in the freezing cold temperatures of London in just a crop top!  I have got a few pieces from the F&F Active range, I went for plain pieces as I already have a lot of patterns in my workout wardrobe and I can layer these pieces with other colours and bits to create different looks.  It’s good to have staple pieces like black and white leggings and crop tops to match with various different patterns and colours you may have.

The leggings that I got are plain back with a patterned waist band that is black, white and pale blue.  The material is thick enough to not go see through (so many leggings that I see are completely see through and not practical to wear to work out in at all!) but they are stretchy enough for me to move and work out in.  They are soft too which is great as it’s so important to be comfortable whilst doing any exercise.  The best part is that they are £10! That’s such good value for money and you could afford to buy a few different pairs at this price.  I also got some black shorts with mesh detail and pink panelling.  I will probably save these to wear when it’s a bit warmer but it’s always good to have different options of bottoms as wearing leggings all the tie can get a bit boring and when you feel like you look great, you’re going to be more determined to work out harder!  These shorts have a built in pant too so you won’t be exposing anything whilst working out and the lightweight material means that they are ‘breathable’ but also machine washable and quick drying!  To wear on top I got a plain white racer back style crop top, it’s an activewear staple and has built in support so you feel comfortable whilst working out.  Finally I slipped some trainer socks into my basket, these are special socks designed specifically for working out as they are blister resistant, have a cushioned sole and have some extra heel support as there is nothing worse that your trainer socks slipping off your heel whilst you’re working out and having to stop every 2 minutes to re adjust them!  I got 2 pairs of socks for £3.50 – such a great price, you could buy 10 pairs of socks and still have change from a £20 note!  Check out the photos below of how I’ve styled my pieces and shop the whole collection here.
