Fitness Forward

I recently downloaded the Nike Training Club App for women on my phone and am loving it already. It’s tough and you have to be prepared work hard but the workouts are categorised by intensity and vary from 15 minutes to 45 minutes long.

My favourites so far are ‘Shape & Sculpt’ and others that tone the body rather than the cardio workouts.

I love that you can fit the workouts around your day to day routine and hopefully I manage to stick to it throughout the year!

I would recommend it to anyone that wants to have an exercise regime but doesn’t have the time or money to join a gym.
